DateTimeFormat.ts overview

Type of a MDateTimeToken (see https://www.unicode.org/reports/tr35/tr35-dates.html#Date_Field_Symbol_Table). Values are dense from 0 so a MDateTimeContext can resolve a token to its MTemplatePlaceholder by plain array indexing.
